Infinite expansion
Elevate to cross the windowpane
Polar caps made ocean
In a blink of an eye
The human era ends
Then life will rise up once again
Revealing mysteries of time
As we face the light
The great reset will open our eyes
Suddendly aware
Endlessly afloat in time and space
We've been born too late
In the middle of the game
And we'll die before we realize
That life will rise up once again
Revealing mysteries of time
As we face the light
The great reset will open our eyes
To the sky and what lies beyond
Here inside we extinguish what we own
But life itself will never end
To the sky and what lies beyond
We survived until we lose our hope
But life will rise up once again
We've been roaming too far from our home
We've been searching to find if we're not alone
We're bound to collapse somewhere in time
No one ever made it out alive
This might not even be our first time
To find all the answers, first we must fly

Quite possibly the most full-on album I've ever listened to. Intense, and then some. 'Digital Tarpit' could describe both the track and the whole album: high-pitched guitar squeals that make your fillings itch coupled with merciless, suffocating heaviness. The Avenell-esque vocals top it off perfectly.
Brilliant - punishing, but brilliant. jim_fuego
